The Cyclades Preservation Fund (CPF) organized in 2019 and 2020 the annual ‘CPF’s Islanders Forum’, where local environmental champions from different islands of the Cyclades met and exchanged knowledge, best practice and solutions to common problems.
Following the participants’ demand for more opportunities for exchange and synergies among them, we created in late 2020 an online community platform for local champions and partners, as a space for communication and networking.
The CPF’s Islanders Forum community currently consists of more than fifty (50) participants representing thirty (30) civil society initiatives (e.g., non-profit associations, unions and social enterprises) and other key stakeholders from thirteen (13) Cycladic islands:
