About the role
This role would be ideal for someone interested in gaining experience working in an environmental charity and pursuing a career in communications, media, administration and events organizing.
Please note that this is a non-paid internship position preferably for an energetic university student close to graduation or a recent graduate looking for experience and recommendations for future business opportunities.
You will need
-Passion for islands, nature, sustainability, and environmental restoration
-Fresh ideas in communication, media, press and digital marketing
-Good written and spoken communications skills in Greek & English
-Experience and skills in using Microsoft Office
-To work independently and in a team
-A willingness to learn and ability to assimilate new information quickly
Key Responsibilities
– Admin support for CPF’s fundraising and communications, including database updates, help preparing event’s material, drafting presentations for different audiences, etc
– Media and marketing support, including help preparing material for journalists, building organically social media networks, endorse celebrities to support visibility of the CPF’s work, create merchandising, develop relations with businesses and other donors in kind, etc.
Traveling throughout the Cyclades may be required. Expenses covered.
Committed hours/ duration
Flexibility/ Upon agreement
Expected commitment until- at least- the end of the year.
