Students & Educators making a Difference

Long term change for the environment cannot be achieved without understanding the value of the natural environment and without changing perceptions about ways in which humans have been pressuring the natural environment, sometimes beyond its limits.

Working in a knowledge-based manner with students and educators, through hands-on and experiential learning, can supply both insights and skills for the educational communities. We support educational initiatives that aim at just that: transferring environmental-related knowledge through unique and fun ways, while building adaptable skills that the new generation of students will need in order to excel. We are looking for programmes that are innovative and whole-rounded, wishing to present in understandable ways the real dilemmas, trade-offs and challenges in seeking environmental sustainability.

We work with Educational Centres and schools in the Cyclades, as
well as with educational teams that have expertise in specific environmental issues, looking to spread knowledge and bring capacity where needed.
