The current status of the Paros Park in its present form, stands for the value of the authentic Cycladis landscape and operates as an exemplary ecological sanctuary. We are very proud that the CPF grant aided recently in the Park the creation of a Cycladic botanical garden, which features a significant number of native plants and local flora, and also that we enabled the continuation of the long-term efforts made by the Friends of the park through low cost and natural techniques to arrest land erosion and mitigate the phenomenon of desertification. We warmly greet all these positive steps and achievement and would like o wish that both the natural and human capital of the Paros Park remain unscathed.
