About: The fish and seafood featured are alien invasive (non-native) species that threaten the delicate marine ecosystem of the Cyclades. All dishes are feature an invasive species as the main ingredient – like for example the lionfish, the rabbitfish and the trumpetfish. Despite being harmful for our environment, they are edible and delicious!
